If you want to progress in your own development, it is important to let go of old events you have experienced in your life. We all carry with us events from our lives that have been more or less difficult.
A woman once told me, after a treatment, that she did not understand why she started to cry over something that she thought she had “let go of” for over twenty years ago. To be able to continue our lives when we are going through difficult experiences, we often put them into a “drawer within our selves” and then we lock the drawer properly. After that we think that we have processed the event, because we do not think about it any more.
But when I have treatments and we go into the ”The inner garden” it usually turns out that the events are still there and they are unprocessed. When the client work with the event and let go of it, then they feel so much better.
Make sure to process the events that have been hard in your life to feel better and so that you can get forward in your development. A woman wrote that it is hard to dig into old events, but she realized that it is a good thing to do if you want to feel better in your life.
Do so, process the events that have been tough in your life, so that you can start feel better in your life, even if you feel well, you can feel even better.
