We ought to live one day at a time and we should not rush to get as much done as possible. I had a client, a while ago, who thought that he should take it easy and not stress so much. It is not so easy in our stressful lives that we live in. We do not know actually if tomorrow exists. Enjoy the day of today! Do something that you enjoy, enjoy the small things in life that may seem irrelevant, but that might give you lots of joy. Listen to music that you like and enjoy, that makes you feel good…
Be like children, live in the moment of today and feel the joy and let the joy within you sprout. Do you have trouble finding it so go back in time and think of moments of joy in life that you’ve been through and let the joy permeate your body. By thinking about the event more and more than finally you will feel the joy within you. This exercise works really well.
The present is an exciting moment , so do not miss that moment that might give you positive experiences. Be aware of tiny experiences that can happen at any time during the day and that can provide moments of love, joy, peace, harmony … If you are living with attention of living in the moment, you will feel so much better. Open your heart for loving and joyful moments in your life.
