Tonight it will will be a good dessert, that I had the honor to eat at one of my good friends, that I want to share with you. You can use other berries than those I have written about here. This recipe is in the cookbook ”Food and More” (exsists only in Swedish) that I helped to develop. Below is the recipe that is easy to do.

Raspberry parfait
You need this for 6 servings:
3 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
200 g raspberry jam or just over ½ liter of fresh berries
3 cups whipped cream
black grapes
Note if you take fresh berries you do need the double amount of sugar!
This is how you do this:
Whisk egg yolks and sugar until it’s white and fluffy. Add the hard whipped cream and jam a little at a time. Mix well and pour the mixture into a mold and freeze for at least 5 hours. Allow it to stand at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, before serving it. Add the grapes.
