Tonight I’ll give you a meditation that you can easily do and if you do this meditation, you are helping the population of the world to feel better. Send a lot of light to the earth, because it needs it. We all need to help each other to bring peace on earth, this may be one way and you will calm yourself and that makes you feel better.
Relax by concentrate on your breathing. Take deep breaths and follow the breathing down to your stomach and follow it out again. Imagine that you with each breath sinks deeper into relaxation. Sit or lay down like this for a while, until you feel that you are relaxed.
When you feel that, you can start with to meditate.
Imagine that you are sitting on a bench and looking up at the sky. You can see the sun in front of you. It shines brightly and clearly. In the middle of the sun you will see a big beautiful star. The star rays of strong and bright light. When you look at the star, you will see a beam of light that will pick you up and take you to the middle of the star. Try to feel like you are one with the star while you are standing in the middle of it. Feel the strength and the amazing energy that surrounds you. From the star it radiates with light in gold and silver. See how the rays goes down to the earth and how all people of the earth will be surrounded by the rays of the star, captured and embraced by this large, bright star’s rays. Feel that, when you are stand in the middle of the star, the light shines on you. Let the light completely embrace you. Stand like this for a while and see how all the population of the world may have access to this amazing light. After a while, you are going down with a beam to the bench again. Then breathe normally and come back slowly.
If you regularly meditate on the star, if only for a minute or two, you can do more good than you can understand. Train yourself to meditate so it gets easier and easier. It also helps the brain to rest and to recover new strength.
