Now, I will write about a text from my book ”The garden within you” (exist only in Swedish). It’s a Poem written by a woman who came to my course in “Personal development”, the poem she wrote says so much. Do you live your own way of living or someone else way of living? A thought worth thinking about, too many times we live others being, not my own being. In the long run, this means that we do not feel good, because we do things that we may not enjoy doing. So, try to be just your own being.
Have a great day!
With light and warmth!

Here comes the text from my book:
”I got a letter from a woman who had taken a course in “Personal Development” with me. Eva had a very low selfconfidence , she did not feel that she was worthy of being loved. During the course, she realized that she had lived through others. She ”grew” during the course and reinforced her confidence. In a letter to me, Eva wrote a poem, that she wanted me to pass on to others. Eva’s poem has, over the years, been on many courses and now I will pass it on to you:
To be!
To be human is to be.
Be what I would like to be.
If I want to be a good companion for someone, then I will be that.
Do I want to be a good person then I will be that.
Yes, you can list many things that you can be, both good and less good things.
Who is it then that determines my way of being?
Well, me and nobody else.
It is something that no one else can decide, I may decide that one or a few others determines my way of being.
But then, I have taken someone else being to be me.
So, all you wonderful people, try to be just your being, and I hope it will be the best being you are taking advantage of.
For remember, it’s just the nice being that others are remembering you for.
In the letter Eve explained that she had lived through others throughout her life. She had always done what others felt and thought was the best for her. Although she herself had thought otherwise, she did not think that her way of thinking was so important. When she began to realize her own value, things started opening up for her. After the course, Eva became a foreman at the business where she worked. Yes, she had really ”grown within herself”. I wish that more people would realize their own value, as Eve did. Eva affirmed that she was valuable, and this idea began to work for her until she realized that she was precious, just like you and me.
